Qualified Level 1 Snowboard instructor!

So today was the last day of my CASI snowboard instructor course.

Passed with flying colours :) So i am now qualified and will probably look for some work as an instructor!

Had a great time over the last 3 days on the slopes and got lots of tips to improve my riding from the instructor so was kinda like partly having lessons to. - awesome!

THere was 7cm of snow last night so there was a nice fresh covering and added to the powder that was already there. When we finished for the day i did a run with a couple of guys on the course off onto some of the powder off the side from a drop, i learnt the hard way that i have to get the weight towards the back in the powder, crusing along in the soft powder snow, silent and feeling awesome then suddenly nosedive then faceplant! hahaha, so soft though. So after that i kept to the back of the board to keep on top!

Cant wait for jan/feb when they get LOTS of powder.

The 2 Aussie girls in my room are leaving tomorrow, so we are going out on a pub crawl tonight! The hostel actually has a pub crawl organised so joining that and we end up at club "aurora" where Bam Margera is actually going to be tonight (random i know)

So going to have some shots and some drinks and have a great night! Get to have a sleep in tomorrow then look for some work.

Also going to try and pick up a cheap car this week so i can be mobile and go exploring! :D
